Caroline is a seasoned HR professional with extensive industry experience. She has held a number of progressive roles including leading talent strategy, strategic insights, talent development, as well as organizational effectiveness and optimization.
In her role as Senior HR Business Partner at Scotiabank she has successfully linked HR initiatives to business objectives by providing creative solutions backed by data. She is considered to be an excellent “storyteller” using data providing value to the business leaders and executive teams.
Caroline is also a passionate educator and has been teaching aspiring HR professionals and sharing what the real world of HR is like and how to apply what you learn into a successful HR Career.
She holds a B.A in Sociology from the University of Toronto and an M.A in Education as well as currently pursuing her Doctorate in Business Administration.
